• What is KiddiCare?

A website that hosts information and reviews of creches/daycares/pre-schools of South Africa

• Is there a creche/pre-school in this area?

There are many facilities not listed here. Please post a message on our forum. Perhaps there are other mums or dads that can assist you.

• How do I add a listing?

Simply login, click on Add Listing and complete the information. We will moderate all new listings and make it public once it conforms to our rules.

• How do I update a listing?

If you own the facility or are a parent, you may offer to claim the listing. You can then login and update all information. This process will be moderated.

• I called the number and there was no answer?

This facility could have moved or their number has changed but they did not update our site. Please post a message on the forum to find out if someone has more information.

• I emailed but the did not respond?

• How do I add a review?

Login, browse to the listing and submit a review. It will be moderated and then made public.

• Can I remove my review?

Yes, you may. If you are having difficulty doing so, please email us. This process is a bit tricky so it may take some time.

• Are listings and reviews monitored?

Yes, all of them.

• There was some false information on my creche's listing page, can I remove it?

Absolutely. Escalate this with us and we will work together to resolve it.
