The Baby Inn is a specialised Day-care facility of superior standards and experience.
We cater for the specific needs of our mini clientele whose ages range from birth to three years as well as the traditional day-care facilities. Our focus and commitment is to ensure an effortless and hassle free experience for our career Moms and Dads who would prefer to have their children professionally cared for.

HOURS
The Daycare
and Power Hour facility opens at 07h00 and closes at 18h00. Parents
paying half day rates should collect their babies by 13h30.
ILLNESSES
Should a
child have an unknown illness, the child will be contained immediately and you
will be required to fetch your child. Your child will only be allowed back once
a Doctors note confirming that the illness is not contagious is produced.
Medicine can
be administered by the staff only with permission from the Parent.
CLOTHING
Please make
sure that all clothes are clearly marked and that sufficient pairs of clothes
are packed in your nappy bag each day for example:

RECORD BOOKS
Each child will receive a record book this enables the carer to document your child’s progression during the day, this will include meals, bottles, nappies and sleep times.
A section is
also provided for medication this has to be filled in by the parent.
A comments
page is also available which needs to be used by both parents and staff for any
special requirements or problems/complaints.
SECURITY
The main
gate will be open between
DECEMBER
We close for the last two weeks every December. Fees are worked out over
12 months and you are therefore responsible to pay a FULL month fee for
the month of December.
FEES
Fees are
payable monthly or annually in advance and are worked out over 12 months. The office must be notified of
which method of payment you prefer. There will be no discounts or refunds for
holidays taken during the year, nor illness or absenteeism for other reasons. Non-payment
of fees by the 10th will result in exclusion of your child within
24hrs. Financial difficulties should be discussed with us.
Fees exclude
nappies and formula.
Late
payments will be charged at 10% per month and added to all payments received
after the 1st.
